Does this happen to you?

Saturday morning saw me busily cleaning my house. I had a dear friend coming to visit and she was bringing her special friend (soon to be our friend!). 

The house had to be spotless. First impressions are important and I wanted my house to look half decent its best. Anyway I had an epiphany (I know big word for me), this vacuum cleaner didn't sit in the corner next to the oven but went away in the cupboard.

I'm interested to know whether your vacuum cleaner gets put away everyday?

Bob the Builder has been a great help with the renovations around the house, but best of all he took time out of renovating to do some ironing! 

 

Obsession

I have an obsession!

When I pack up toys that have numerous pieces I have to make  sure that all the toys are there when I pack them up! To give you an example when I pack up these blocks I count that I have all fifty pieces.

For a week now Darcy's Duplo Buzz Lightyear has evaded location! I am starting to think he has gone 'to infitnity and beyond'.

front loader or top loader?

We need to purchase a new washing machine.

Our previous washing machine was my Nan's (it was old when I got it!) so we have never had to decide between a front loader or top loader.

I have read so much about the pros and cons of both, but would love to know about your experiences with either.

Darcy loves to follow me around each day and everyone that has been to our humble little abode will know that we live in a tiny, tiny, tiny two bedroom unit, so he doesn't get lost for long. But today I lost my little shadow and found him in the laundry trying to help!!
